  Customer Testimonials Relax Day I was lucky to be able to test the Relax Day made by TRB Health. I would not say I had anxiety but I felt on edge and sometimes felt like I could just snap because I could not take any more of what life was throwing at me. Within a few minutes of taking the Relax Day I felt calm, suddenly calm might better describe how I felt. With the liquid formula I could feel the changes quickly compared to waiting for a capsule to dissolve. I found I was able to just start taking care of things in my life, one by one, without the hurried and often frantic feelings I had before. After 2 days using a teaspoon of the Relax Day I reduced the amount I took to ½ teaspoon and still had the same results. The Body Calm and Body Calm Supreme worked for me in the past a bit but I needed to take them every 2 hours. With how fast the Relax Day works, I take it only as needed and that is usually only a couple times a day. I have a feeling I may only need ½ teaspoon a day very soon. With one small bottle to take with me to work now, it is also a lot more convenient. N.H. Relax Night With Melatonin I was having a difficult time going to sleep at night. Staying up late until I was tired would not help, basically I felt like I had too much on my mind to sleep and I reached a point where I knew I was not going to sleep and that made things worse. I did not know what to expect with the Relax Night but I do know I really did not believe it would make a difference. The first night using it I slept like a baby. Eight full hours of restful sleep! In the morning I felt refreshed, alert and ready to tackle my day. I found over the next few weeks I did not need to take the full teaspoon to get the same sleep and surprisingly after a little more time I did not even need to take it every night.
