The Apothe Cherry is the liquid form of our Body Calm. Apothe Cherry is made from Montmorency Tart Cherry and is only flash pasteurized to maintain the active compounds found in this specific type of cherry.
Comparing the liquid to the Body Calm capsules; it requires about 2 teaspoons of the liquid to equal one Body Calm capsule.
Apothe Cherry can be mixed in water or taken undiluted for maximum effectiveness.
We recommend you begin with 1 teaspoon per serving, mixed in 2 ounces of water, and increase as desired every 4th day.
